Store Policy

Payments:

US Customers: We accept AMEX, VISA, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and bank wire. We do not accept personal checks, cashier checks, money orders or CODs. If your credit card "ship to" and "bill to" address are not the same, then the "ship to" address must be on file with your credit card company.

International Customers:

We accept PayPal and bank wire transfer.

PayPal Payments:

All PayPal customers must have a verified PayPal account and confirmed shipping address. Orders paid through ineligible PayPal accounts will not be processed.

Government/School Purchase Orders:

We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and schools. Please contact us at 832-380-1511.

Net Terms:

Open account terms are available for qualifying Resellers, Government Agencies, Schools, and existing Customers. Customers who wish to set up terms please fill out the Credit Application and email to CCTV BoSS's Accounting Department.

$1 Buyout Lease Option: We offer an affordable $1 buyout lease option through Marlin Leasing. Customers who wish to use this option, please fill out the Lease Application and email it to CCTV BoSS's Accounting Department or contact one of our sales representatives at 832-380-1511.

Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Texas via UPS or chosen method of shipping. All International shipping is done via US Post Office. Orders received before 3:00 pm CST will usually ship same day. DVRs and other custom orders may take more than one business day to prepare for shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Once your order has been placed and processed, your shipping address cannot be changed or updated. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship all orders over $100 as signature required by default. There is no additional shipping charge for this service. You may opt-out of signature required upon checkout if you are not able to have someone present for delivery of your order. However, in doing so you accept responsibility if the shipment is stolen or misplaced by the carrier. Certain products will take longer to ship as they may be coming from an alternate warehouse where have little to no control over shipping process.

Attention International Customers:

International shipping is subject to custom and import fees that vary from country to country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost charged by CCTV BoSS. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and pay for these fees. All international orders will be shipped via US Post Office to help reduce brokerage / import fees. CCTV BoSS cannot assume responsibility for delays and extra charges that may occur during custom inspections of International shipments.

Limited Warranty:

All products carry a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise indicated. CCTV BoSS will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any products found to be defective during their warranty period. CCTV BoSS will not honor any other warranty, implied or otherwise, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Technical Support:

We value your business and have compiled extensive documentation on various CCTV related subjects to ensure successful implementation of your project. You may download guides and tutorials, including setup and configuration for PC-Based DVRs, standalone DVRs cameras, etc by clicking here. We provide FREE lifetime phone support if you need technical help with any products you have purchased from us. We do not provide free phone support to configure your network, router, DSL and / or Cable Modem as each network is unique. However, we do provide paid network support at the rate of $120 per hour with a 60 minute minimum. You may purchase phone support by clicking here.

Returns:

Buy with confidence! We have 100% positive feedback on our eBay store! Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for 30 days from day of receipt as long as the equipment is still in "as new" condition.

Return Policy:

Any new product may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date so long as the equipment and packaging are in “as new” condition.

“As new” means that all returns inside the 30 day period should be undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

To qualify for a refund during the 30 day period products must NOT be installed, mounted, or configured.

When shipping us a return, the original packaging must be unmarked. No postmarks or labels may be on the original product box(es).

There are no returns on clearance or special order items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipments must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 30 day period.

After the 30 day period products may be returned for warranty repair/replacement only.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained via "My Account" prior to the return of any merchandise. Any Products returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/or sent back to you at your cost and expense. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days. CCTV BoSS does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, CCTV BoSS will split the shipping costs with you in the ratio of (30% - CCTV BoSS / 70% - You The Customer).

If you pay to send any item back to CCTV BoSS, we will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge.

CCTV BoSS will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not provide advanced replacements (also known as cross-shipments) for any product.

In the event the original equipment is discontinued or cannot be obtained in a timely manner for repair/replacement, CCTV BoSS reserves the right to substitute the equipment with alternative equipment.

Price Match Policy:

CCTV BoSS values you as a customer and wants to ensure that you receive the best price available. If you happen to find a lower online price that meets the terms and conditions below, we will not only give you 100% of the difference, but an EXTRA 10% on top of it. That’s 110% of the difference! The product must be the exact same make & model.

The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.

The online merchant must be an established U.S. registered business with a valid U. S website site.

Limitation of Liabilities:

CCTV BoSS does not represent that the products and services it sells may not be compromised or circumvented; that the product will prevent any personal injury or property loss by burglary, robbery, fire or otherwise; or that the products or services will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Customer understands that a properly installed and maintained video monitoring system may only reduce the risk of burglary or robbery, but it is not insurance or a guaranty that such will not occur or that there will be no personal injury or property loss as a result. Consequently, CCTV BoSS shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or other loss based on a claim that the products or services failed to operate or give warning.


Neither CCTV BoSS nor CCTV BoSS’s affiliates, employees, or agents will be liable to customer or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or other damages, losses, allegations, claims, suits or other proceedings, expenses, liabilities or costs (including legal fees) including loss of profits, earnings, business opportunities or data, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services or personal injury (including death) resulting from, arising out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, customer use of CCTV BoSS’s equipment, services, or installation activities or customer reliance on any other use of the equipment or services.


Installation of video surveillance equipment is performed by third party independent contractors. CCTV BoSS may assist the customer in finding local installers and help coordinate installation activities. However, under no circumstances shall CCTV BoSS be held liable for damages to customer’s property, building, and personal injury, loss of profits, earnings and cost of procurement of substitute goods arising out of or in conjunction with installation activities. Any and all customer’s claims arising out of or in conjunction with installation activities shall be directed to the third party installer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the installer has proper liability/insurance coverage and/or properly licensed.


In no event shall CCTV BoSS’s total liability for any or all breaches of warranty exceed the actual amount of hardware purchased by the customer from CCTV BoSS.

CCTV BoSS will not be responsible for the loss of any information/video. In the event of any loss in connection with CCTV BoSS’s equipment failing, CCTV BoSS’s sole remedy shall be the replacement of failed equipment.

Consent to Jurisdiction:

The customer agrees that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Policy shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the County of Fortbend, State of Texas. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Policy in any jurisdiction other than that specified above.
